Mission Statement

At Florida Signature & Seal, our purpose

extends far beyond notarizing documents.

We believe every signature represents an important moment in someone's life. Whether you're purchasing your first home, caring for a loved one, planning for the future, or beginning a new chapter, you deserve to feel respected, cared for, and completely at ease.

Our mission is to create a calm, beautiful, and trustworthy experience where professionalism is matched with genuine compassion.

We strive to leave every client feeling not only confident that their documents were handled with excellence, but that they themselves were treated with kindness, dignity, and heartfelt care.

Because sometimes the most meaningful service we provide isn't just the notarization—it's how we make people feel.

As a Certified Prayer Chaplain, Tina believes it all begins with prayer, whether spoken aloud or held quietly within.

Her name, Fusco, has quite an interesting story dating back to the 1300's in southern Italy.

"The Fusco family were established in the Kingdom of Naples, with several branches achieving civic prominence as lawyers and notaries in the Neapolitan court system."

Destin found his way into the heart of Tina and he has trained her with his silliness and doggy antics.  He is a master ball player and not afraid to dive into the mud face first, preferably right after a bath. Part cocker spaniel and part poodle, this doodle has a nose for treats and a eye for adventures.

Squirrels everywhere fear him.

Notarization is more than a signature and a seal.

It is a moment of trust, a way of saying: I was here. I appeared willingly. This is my signature. This is my word.

Some of the most important moments in history begin with a signature.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What does a notary public do?

A notary public verifies the identity of the person signing a document, helps ensure the signer is acting willingly, and performs the required notarial act. A notary helps deter fraud but does not provide legal advice or determine whether a document is legally sufficient.

What identification do I need?
Generally, you should have a current government-issued photo ID, such as a Florida driver license, state identification card, U.S. passport, or another form of identification acceptable under Florida law. If you're unsure whether your ID qualifies, contact us before your appointment.

Should I sign my document before meeting the notary?
Notarial acts require the document to be signed in the notary's presence. For an acknowledgment, a document may sometimes already be signed, but the signer must personally acknowledge the signature. When in doubt, don't sign until you meet with the notary.

What documents can a Florida notary notarize?
Florida notaries commonly notarize affidavits, acknowledgments, jurats, powers of attorney, real estate documents, vehicle-related documents, business documents, parental consent forms, and many other documents requiring notarization. Certain documents and circumstances have special requirements.

Can you come to my home, office, hospital, or other location?
Yes. A mobile notary travels to an agreed-upon location, including homes, offices, hospitals, assisted-living facilities, hotels, and other appropriate meeting places. A separate travel/convenience fee may be charged in addition to the statutory notarial fee, provided the charges are properly disclosed and agreed upon.

How much does notarization cost in Florida?
Florida law generally permits a notary to charge up to $10 per traditional notarial act and up to $25 for an online notarization. A mobile notary may also charge a separately disclosed travel, convenience, after-hours, or appointment fee where appropriate.

Can you notarize documents online?
Yes, we are registered as a Florida Remote Online Notary (RON). Remote online notarization allows the signer and notary to meet through an approved audio-video platform rather than being physically together. Identity verification and other Florida RON requirements must be satisfied.

Please note:

A Florida Notary Public is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice,

select documents for you, advise you about the legal effect of a document.

Engaging in such actions would be considered an UNAUTHORIZED PRACTICE OF LAW,

which could lead to legal penalties, including the possibility of incarceration.

If you have important questions about your document,

it is best to consult an attorney or accountant.

Please have your documents prepared before your appointment.

Thank You.
